How do I create my first AI agent? +
Log into Parties, navigate to the Agents module, and click "Create Agent." Choose your channels (voice, SMS, chat, etc.), upload or connect your knowledge base, select your preferred LLM provider, and deploy. Most agents are live within 30 minutes.
How do I set up my organization in Parties? +
After signing up, you'll be guided through organization setup: company details, team invitations, module activation, and initial configuration. The onboarding wizard handles the most common settings automatically.
Can I use my own LLM API keys? +
Yes. Agents supports BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) for the major LLM providers — big labs, hosted-LLM platforms, and specialized inference providers. Configure your keys in Parties Settings; the full supported-provider list is shown there. BYOK customers save 50-70% on AI credit consumption.
How does billing work? +
AYBIZA uses a unified credit system managed through Parties. Three plans: Starter (free, pay-as-you-go), Scale ($997/month with 25,000 credits included), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Credits are consumed by AI agent conversations, LLM processing, and premium features. No per-seat fees. Your entire team uses the platform without additional cost.

Starter includes email support at [email protected]. Scale adds priority support with faster response times. Enterprise includes a dedicated success manager and 24/7 priority support. All plans include access to the Help Center documentation.
