2. Filing a Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content available through AYBIZA infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and information sufficient for us to locate it on our platform
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf

Incomplete or inaccurate notices may not be acted upon. Submitting a false claim may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which AYBIZA LLC may be found
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice or their agent
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content after the legally required waiting period unless the complainant files a court action.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
AYBIZA LLC maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances and at AYBIZA's sole discretion. We take copyright infringement seriously and will act on all valid notices received.
5. Safe Harbor
AYBIZA LLC complies with the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) and has registered its designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. AYBIZA LLC accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify and protect copyrighted works.
